So I decided to join in the blog tour and am hosting a contest. Since I love haiku I want to see yours. Leave me your scariest five, seven and five in the comments along with some contact information. I will be judging and the winner will receive a free e-copy of my novella , The First Door, along with a PDF copy of my newest short story.

As with all of the other blogs on the tour. The contest begins with the tour on December 13th and Ends on December 24th.

    She slithers along
    Without word
    Without song
    Seeking her victim
    In day or night

You need not say a word
    Your thoughts will be heard
    Through ears unseen
    She waits and watches
    Her time approaches
    To make her move
She will filet you with her eyes

    A knock at your door
    Night of merriment
    Embraced by her tentacles
    Kiss of death planted
    Mother in law has arrived.

Ok so I really suck at the 5-7-5 but mother in law is scary every year :0)
Thanks for doing the blog hop..This is great fun!

A mother-in-law story warms my heart. That is fantastic regardless of the 5-7-5. Good job.

    Nose like a cherry?
    Misconception: it’s really
    Santa’s glowing eyes

Nicely done and an evil Santa reference on top of it. 🙂
